Products and Availability

County Line Heritage offers apparel and related products through an online retail platform. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, colors, and designs may change at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors, print placement, garment texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, production processes, and the nature of Print-on-Demand fulfillment.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify designs, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Print-on-Demand Production

County Line Heritage works with outside Print-on-Demand production and fulfillment partners. Products are generally made after an order is placed. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, production and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, vendor timelines, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Once an order moves into production, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing, promotions, discounts, and product offerings at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. County Line Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, production partners, incorrect customer information, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Issues

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only. Because our products are produced through Print-on-Demand vendors, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection.

Size charts are provided for each product, and customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing an order.

If your item arrives with a production defect, print issue, damage, or other quality-related concern, please contact our team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Valid production quality issues may be rectified through replacement, reprint, or another reasonable solution at the discretion of County Line Heritage.

Order Cancellations

Because products may enter production soon after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, graphics, product names, images, text, branding, and other content on this website are the property of County Line Heritage or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership rights to any County Line Heritage artwork, branding, designs, or intellectual property.

If you contact County Line Heritage, submit feedback, share photos, leave reviews, or provide other content, you agree that we may use that communication to respond to you, improve our business, or promote our brand unless otherwise restricted by law.
