County Line Heritage is a 100% online retail operation. Each item is produced, fulfilled, and shipped through trusted outside Print-on-Demand production partners. Because our products are made when ordered, processing and shipping times may vary slightly by item, vendor, season, and order volume.
Once an order is placed, it moves into production with our fulfillment partners. Please allow time for both production and shipping. Tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your order once it leaves the production facility.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only. Because each product is printed specifically for the customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection.
Size charts are included with each product listing, and we encourage customers to review those charts carefully before placing an order. Please compare measurements before purchasing to make sure you select the best fit.
Production Quality Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to receive an item that reflects the County Line Heritage standard. If your order arrives with a production defect, printing issue, damaged item, or other quality concern, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Quality-related concerns will be reviewed by our team and, when appropriate, rectified through replacement, reprint, or another reasonable solution. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product so we can work with our production partners to resolve the matter.
